Previously, she worked as an Investment & Project Manager at ROCA Investments, where she specialized in Romanian M&A and capital markets transactions; she was also a member on the Board of Directors of an artisanal dairy producer. Previously, she worked in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in London, covering the Media & Communications sector.

Miruna graduated from the London School of Economics.
